The Work in a Warming World Bibliographic Database is a free, fully searchable database of French and English-language documents related to climate change and its impact in the Canadian workplace.
Topics include: The green economy; how to define and measure green jobs; labour skills and shortages; training; job creation; job displacement as industries move to green jobs; job quality; public policy. The emphasis is on Canadian information, but important international documents are also included. Wherever possible, links are provided to take you from the list to the full document, if it is publicly available.
This database was begun as part of the Work in a Warming World research project, and will continue to be updated under the Adapting Canadian Work and Workplaces to Respond to Climate Change (ACW) project.
