A workshop on the role of the world of work in the struggle to slow global warming.
By invitation only (W3 researchers and invited researchers)
Note: Following the workshop, outputs will be posted on W3’s website.
The Workshop was organised by W3–Work in a Warming World. We are mapping the impact of climate change on employment, assessing Canadian government policy in comparison with other OECD countries, exploring the intersection of gender, work and climate change, working with unions and other organisations to introduce green transition to collective bargaining. The Workshop was attended by researchers, policy makers, educators, community activists, and graduate students. W3’s Graduate Student Network also met during the workshop.
