About Toronto

The city of Toronto is the capital city of Ontario, located on the shore of Lake Ontario. As one of the largest urban centers in Canada, Toronto is the hub of the nation’s commercial, financial, industrial and cultural life. Whether it’s for shopping or relaxing Toronto has something to offer to everyone. Toronto’s lively downtown area includes, the CN tower one of Toronto’s most iconic and the tallest free-standing structures in the western hemisphere, the Royal Ontario Museum holding 40 galleries of art, archeology and natural science, the Eaton Center a large shopping mall with more than 200 stores, and Chinatown and bordering Kensigton Market where you will find a mix of shops, restaurants, and cafes. With many vibrant neighborhoods that always have something interesting to see, the Distillery District is another one of Toronto’s historic location, home to boutiques, art galleries and restaurants.
